Junior Account Manager

 

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to add to our Dallas team. The Junior Account Manager is an entry-level role that will assist in administrative business development initiatives, in efforts to generate new and increased business opportunities with top litigation firms all over the country. The Junior Account Manager will work closely with senior members of the Account Management team as well as with the Marketing and Research departments. You will develop skills to create and maintain relationships with existing clients. 

As a Junior Account Manager, you will:

  • Increase your knowledge of the legal field to successfully articulate how our services can add value to each respective law firm.
  • Support the team with administrative day-to-day tasks as needed
  • Facilitate internal and client scheduling
  • Contact and follow up with clients
  • Create utilization reports, usage reports and other support materials as needed

 A successful Jr. Account Manager will have the following soft skills:

Qualifications:

  • Internship to 2 years of sales or client relationship experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with peers, management and across departments
  • Demonstrates strong judgement and uses critical thinking to resolve problems
  • Excellent listening and communication skills;
  • Continuous self-learner and competitive nature; able to work autonomously
  • Ability to work with a high caliber team in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Salesforce experience not required, but is a plus

Job: Account Management / Legal Services 
Schedule: Full-time / Days / M - F 
Educational Level: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any major 
Travel: 0-5% domestically
