We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our NY team. You will be working on business development initiatives in efforts to generate and maintain relationships with top AmLaw firms, as well as the leading medical malpractice, personal injury and mass tort firms. You will be working on the administrative and client-facing side of our business, conducting targeted outreach, following up with clients, maintaining data, updating records in Salesforce, and managing relationships with new and existing clients.
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the Business Development team. This entry-level role is focused on growing the business by prospecting new attorney clients through outbound cold calls and developing relationships with warm leads. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for identifying potential clients, scheduling and following up with clients, providing weekly status reports and other administrative tasks as needed to support senior members of the team in driving revenue and exceeding sales targets. This candidate is someone who has exceptional customer service skills, is committed to supporting the growth and integrity of the business, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This self-motivated candidate must want to pursue a career in sales.
