Business Development Associate

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to help lead our expansion on the West Coast. You will be working on business development initiatives in efforts to generate and maintain relationships with top AmLaw firms, as well as the leading medical malpractice, personal injury and mass tort firms. You will be working on the client-facing side of our business, generating new business opportunities, providing client support, outreach, and relationship management, pairing attorneys with the most qualified subject matter experts on a case-by-case basis. 

Responsibilities:

The Business Development Associate will be expected to cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing attorney clients, execute on company sales strategy, and identify / create relationships with key prospects. The candidate must be able to both successfully articulate how our services add value to each respective law firm, and act as the main point of client contact during their engagement with our firm.

Qualifications:

  • Internship - 2 years prior business to business sales experience is preferred
  • Polished corporate presence with a high level of emotional maturity
  • Willingness to travel to meet with key accounts, and steer relationship development with important law firms specializing in a range of practice areas
  • Must be able to articulate value proposition and conduct presentations to professionals in a compelling and persuasive manner
  • Ability to work with a high caliber team in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Working knowledge of all office based applications and CRM; Salesforce experience is a plus

Salary: Competitive + Bonus

Schedule: Full-time; Days; M - F; Travel and nights / weekends required, infrequently

Educational Level: Bachelor’s Degree or higher required

Travel: 25% domestically
